Puly Baby Cleaner is a domestic coffee machine descaler designed to remove limescale from espresso machines and hand-fill coffee machines. This box includes 10 x 25g sachets, with each sachet pre-measured for easy use.
Domestic Machine Descaling
Puly Baby is formulated for domestic espresso machines and also works well with kettles and most hand-fill coffee machines. It provides an effective limescale defence without being too strong for regular domestic use.
It can be used with aluminium boilers, provided it is not left inside the machine for too long. As with any descaler powder, protective gloves are recommended when handling the product.
How to Use
Dissolve one sachet into 3 pints of warm water and stir until fully dissolved. Pour the solution into the coffee machine, turn the machine on and run water through until the white, frothy descaler can be seen.
Leave the solution to soak for up to 20 minutes, then run the remaining descaler through the machine. Once finished, rinse thoroughly by running three full jugs of fresh cold water through the machine.
How Often to Descale
For most domestic espresso machines, descaling once a month is recommended with regular daily use. This may vary depending on your local water hardness.
Regular descaling helps reduce limescale build-up, supports machine reliability and helps keep your coffee tasting as it should.
